Badge: M/W21 to 70 Long & Short, M75L&S, W75, all Junior courses (JM/W 1-4, JM5L, M&S, JW5L&S). Colour Coded: White, Yellow, Orange, Light Green.  String Course (free)

 

Fees: Badge Courses, Adult £9.50 (less £2 with BOF card), Junior £2.50

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Limited entry on the day: Adult £1 extra, Junior 50p extra

Electronic Punching System: Sport Ident.  Dibber hire 50p

Terrain:

Mainly fast, very runnable open moorland.  There are some areas of bracken, but these are mainly short and can generally be avoided. The marshes (fairly dry in July) are almost devoid of tussocks.
